What is DealHeroGames?
DealHeroGames helps you save money on the top PC games for Steam. It tracks prices from stores officially authorized to sell Steam game keys, which often have discounts and sales that the Steam store does not. It keeps things simple by focusing on a subset of games found on Steam - deals on top releases, the most-played, the highest-rated, and the most popular pre-orders.
What are game keys for Steam?
When you purchase a game from a key seller, you will receive a (key) code. You enter (copy/paste) it into the Steam client. The game is activated (added to your Steam library) and then can be downloaded the same as if you had purchased directly from Steam.

Why authorized key sellers?
In addition to authorized Steam key sellers, keys can also be obtained from other sellers often referred to as "resellers" or "grey-market" sellers. While authorized key sellers work directly with the game publishers, these sellers do not. Basically, there are a couple issues/risks with purchasing from these sellers: 1) the key may not be valid and support won't available, and 2) game publishers and developers may not get properly paid for their work.
